How to make an Unforgettable Car AI video

1. Prepare one clear portrait

You only need one photo to start. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, and make sure you have permission to upload it. A simple portrait with the face, hair and upper body visible gives the AI clearer appearance cues than a distant group shot or a screenshot covered by text.

• Use a front-facing or slightly angled portrait with eyes, nose and mouth visible.
• Avoid sunglasses, masks, hands across the face, heavy beauty filters and motion blur.
• Keep some space around the head and shoulders; do not crop through the chin or hair.
• Crop group photos down to one person before uploading.

2. Sign in with Google and upload the lead

Examples, pricing and this guide are visible without logging in. Uploading a photo, buying credits, generating a video and returning to the result require Google sign-in. The same account keeps your credits, task progress and finished downloads together.

Upload one portrait, then independently choose one of three cars and one of three scenes: 9 combinations. Cars are Black SUV, Green supercar and Red coupe. Scenes are Underground garage, Rooftop parking and City street. The original options keep the reference look. No real car or car photo is needed; the card action, lens cover and reveal timing are built in.

3. Buy a pack and generate the video

You can preview the three example videos for free. Creating your own video is paid: 1 video for $12.99, 3 for $34.99 or 10 for $99.99, in USD before applicable taxes. There is no subscription, and unused credits do not expire.

Each new generation uses one credit. The studio is set to 720p silent MP4. Your remaining credits and videos stay together in your account.

4. Track progress before starting again

After you click Generate, open My videos to follow the task. You can leave the page and return later with the same Google account. Completion time varies with queue conditions, so a task that is still processing has not failed yet.

If your browser refreshes or the connection drops, check My videos before creating another task. A confirmed failed generation automatically returns one credit, but starting a second task while the first is still processing uses another credit.

5. Review the full clip and download your MP4

Watch the whole result before sharing. Check the face, hands, card cover, clothing edges, car details, scene details and whether the silent clip is complete before posting.

Download your private MP4 within 30 days; uploaded photos are kept for up to 7 days. CapCut or another editor is optional for a vertical canvas, captions or music you have permission to publish. The Unforgettable song is not included. Preview any vertical crop because camera motion can cut off cards, hands, the car or the lead subject.

When a task or payment needs help

First check My videos and your remaining credits. If a video stays unresolved or a purchase has not appeared, email support with your sign-in email, a short description of the problem, and a video ID or payment receipt if available. Do not send passwords, card numbers, security codes or API keys.

Download a copy before deleting a finished video. Deletion is permanent and does not return its generation credit.
