Do credits or video files expire?
Unused video credits do not expire. Finished videos are stored for 30 days, so download your MP4 before expiry. Photos are kept for up to 7 days. Buying a pack does not extend storage for existing files.
How long does generation take?
Generation time varies with demand. You can leave the page and return to My videos with the same Google account to check progress. Wait for the current video to finish before starting another.
What happens if a video fails?
If generation fails, one video credit is automatically returned once the failure is confirmed. If the video is still processing, check My videos before trying again. For a payment or refund question, contact support with your video ID and receipt.
